Guest jewelfire Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 hi all Hope someone can point me in the right direct. We have windows server 2003 on all our servers , SCOM 2007 and run another application off this to monitor the servers. We have the normal monitors, cpu, etc. Over the last few weeks we have had consistent heartbeat alerts being sent for majority but not all of our servers. Heartbeat alerts - therefore are sending alerts for all the services on the servers. They resolve normally pretty quickly. error logs are showing 7031: service terminated unexpectantly - but nothing much else. Can someone shed any light on what I should look for? or suggest a monitor we may be missing that can help cheers Dianne
