Guest Steve Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 Hello, In the Application Event Log, I have daily Certificate Enrollment Failures appearing on 5 of our Domain Controllers. From what i understand, this started when our OWA Server was put into production using a self-signed certificate. I have researched this pretty heavily and was told that there is some sort of process to resolve the errors but im not able to locate anything specific. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Type: Error Source: AutoEnrollment Event ID: 13 Event Time: 3/5/2008 1:28:56 PM User: n/a Computer: COP Description: Automatic certificate enrollment for local system failed to enroll for one Domain Controller certificate (0x800706ba). The RPC server is unavailable. Thank you.
Guest aekritzinger Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 RE: Certificate Enrollment Failure Try this, In AD there is a group called "CERTSVC_DCOM_ACCESS", add all your domain controllers to this group. This will give it permission to automatically get a certificate from your Certificate Authority.
