caskin Posted February 7, 2010 Posted February 7, 2010 System XP media Have been using Microsoft Office outlook 2007 as default email for over two years...worked fine this morning, yet this afternoon when I clicked on shortcut to open email the shortcut disappeared ,and although Office outlook attempted to open the following message was displayed ""cannot open your default email folder. The server is not available.Contact Admin if problem persists" Now i can run my old Outlook express so server is not the problem....Please advises as how I can restore Office Outlook 2007 as it contains unanswered emails plus all stored contacts. Incidentally have attempted restore but did not work?? Quote :pDont try to weather the storm, learn to dance in the rain instead!

RandyL Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 There are good people everywhere. I had found the advice given to your posts there while researching. Since they had already given the most likely solution I didn't think it needed to be said twice. Quote We are all members helping other members.
