Empty "internet explorer.evt" log on W2K3 server - how do I use th

I've noticed, I believe since the IE7 upgrade, that my W2K3 servers show a

new INTERNET EXPLORER log - but it has always been empty.

 

Q:

1) Where did this come from, and why do I not have any entries in it?

2) Are there settings (group policy settings, perhaps) that I need to add to

make this work? Is there any guidance on the use of this log?
