Windows Server 2008 installation

I had trial version of Windows Server 2003 which is now expired.

 

1. Is it possible to install Server 2008 as an upgrade?

 

2. Also by doing this, can I save application that I installed on

Server 2003?

 

Server 2003 is on one of the three partitions on one HDD. Partiton 1

contains running Windows XP Pro & 3rd partition contains data.
