screen saver does not turn off will not disable

When I log in as admin under safe mode I can not turn off the screen saver.

I select properties on the desktop, settings, screen saver, select none, but

it doesn't take affect. If I close and reopen properties they are back to

the defaults. Please tell me how to disable the screen saver when logged in

as admin under safe mode. I think its related to why I can't finish running

spybot.

Nothing you can do about it but that isn't the reason that Spybot isn't

finishing. I don't know why they have this "feature".

Disable your Antivirus Program in Normal boot and try again in safemode.

 

Spybot.Reinstall it.
