My computer is not seeing or opening any disks in my cd rom..says driver

problem...I have tried to update..uninstall...intall...and nothing seems to

work..I am on Windows XP with service pack 2.... I am not a tech but have

looked thru everything I can find on my computer..I sure could use the advise

of a more experienced person..thanks

you received.)

 

There may be other ways to get the incorrect driver keys ("upperfilters" and

"lowerfilters") in the Registry than by uninstalling CD burner software.

 

Return address scrambled. Replace nkbob with bobkn.
