Hi everyone . I have a little challenge for you all. I bought this new PC with windows Media center on it and want to install a fresh copy of XP professional SP2 , but when I boot from my ortiginal install XP , strts installing files and then it goes on windows set-up for 2 seconds then I get this blue error message :

stop:0x0000007b (0xf78d2524 - 0xc0000034 - 0x00000000 - 0x00000000)

It tells me to check the disk etc.... or viruses etc..... but my disk is running very fine . I have tried with another fairly new PC I have and same thing. Then I have tried on a 4 years old PC and lets me install no problems.

Please help I have wen onto the Microsoft site and just cannot find the problem.

Thank you very much
