You need to work out which file in c:\Windows\Help contains

your help text. You can then create a shortcut on your desktop

that points to this file, e.g. to

c:\windows\help\sysrestore.chm

If you do not know the name of the help file, open the desired

help page and add it to your help "Favorites". Now close Help

and use notepad.exe to open this file:

C:\Documents and Settings\churin\Local Settings\Application

Data\Microsoft\HelpCtr\Favorites.stream

Examine this file carefully - it contains the name of the .chm

file you're after.
