Guest Admin2008 Posted March 10, 2008 Posted March 10, 2008 After installing a vista machine into our windows 2003 domain our dc keeps receiving the errors below from the vista machine. Any ideas on why this is happening? Guest Jas Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 RE: Pre-authentication Failures I'm having the same error on my 2003 domain controller. I'm having Windows XP and 2000 on the domain but since I started putting some Vista machines I started receiving this log all the time. Is there a configuration that we are not aware in Vista that need to be turned off? Why computer in XP and 2000 are not generating this logs error? Did someone found a fix for this? Since I'm receibing all my server log by email I'm getting a lot of those logs for nothing... Let us know if there is something that is not compatible with Vista in a 2003 domain environment.
