I am using wxp service pack2. I recently uninstalled spy sweeper, on restart

my keyboard was locked out. In device manager a code 41 was reported. The

problem is, with no usable keyboard, I cannot now log on to my account as it

is password protected. There are other accounts on the pc but not

administrator. Is there any way that I can get into my administrator account

to try to resolve the keyboard issue?

You could try to get in via Safe Mode. If this does not work

then a manual System Restore may be required - see here:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307545.

A different type keyboard might also let you in again, e.g. a

PS/2 keyboard if you currently use a USB keyboard.

You can easily avoid this type of problem by planning ahead

and creating a second admin account, same as you have at

least two sets of keys for your car.
