I have been using computers for about 12 years and have sorted out a lot of problems. I am not technically literate but get by. I have recently formatted my PC and have re-installed the software etc but still finding some error messages. Hence my joining the site and hope that some kind person can help me. I am a retired lady.:) I have moved your post to a new thread of its own, as Starbuck said earlier, it makes it easier to welcome you individually.
