Startup error

[Guest hkr2b]

When restarting the computer I get a blue screen that says Failed to read

state file. Can someone tell me what this is and what to do for it. Thanks

I think you have to be more specific about the blue screen message.

 

Even Google doesn't know what "state file" is.

It says " Failed to read state file" that is it. Thanks anyway but Gerry
