Guest kevin.james35@gmail.com Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 Hello experts, We've got events 1030 and 1058 on our 3 DC (Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition). I don't know why but the folder SYSVOL automatically is empty, so I copy backup folders into, it works and a few days after, a new time it's empty, ... Why? How to fix it?
Guest Peter Lawton Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 Re: My SYSVOL folder is empty This might help:- http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315457 Stop FRS replication on all domain controllers, put your files back onto one of them and set that one's burflags to D4, set burflags on all the other DCs to D2 and restart FRS replication Peter Lawton <kevin.james35@gmail.com> wrote in message news:10f76db4-30b0-4a59-8e91-4746fc3af7b1@e6g2000prf.googlegroups.com... > Hello experts, > > We've got events 1030 and 1058 on our 3 DC (Windows 2003 Server > Standard Edition). > > I don't know why but the folder SYSVOL automatically is empty, so I > copy backup folders into, it works and a few days after, a new time > it's empty, ... > > Why?
