Guest JamesD Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 Server 2003 Enviroment Win XP SP2 Clients. Currently our enviroment is setup with all our users having a "Home" drive H: on the server. "My Documents" is then redirected to the H:\ For some reason, our Notebook users who opperate frequently offline (no network connection) have noted that when they try to install software or view pdf's, the opperation will fail because the H: drive is not available offline. Has anyone experienced this situation and could possibly point me to a solution?

Then you need to enable Offline Files.
