Anyone using TFS 2008 yet?

We're still using TFS2005 and VS2005, despite having licenses for 2008 versions.

We're thinking about the impact of upgrading and I wondered if anyone has:

 

a)* Started using TFS 2008 and/or VS2008

b)* Actually gone through the upgrade from TFS2005 -> TFS2008

c)* Used VS2008 with TFS2005, in case we stage the upgrades?

 

Any comments or advice?
