Hello,

 

Everytime I begin to start up my computer it gets to the loading screen and freezes. I have researched around google but no one seems to ever solve this problem. I have yet to try a system restore but from what I have read that doesn't work anyway. If I could get a little more personal help through my own question I feel this issue can be fixed.

 

I am running Windows Vista on this computer but I want to install XP if there are no other options.
