Lost screens on Multiple Monitors

I'm working with a laptop and a monitor plugged into it as my second monitor.

In one of the programs I'm working with, I have screens that won't appear.

I'm suspecting that they're floating somewhere off of my viewing area, but I

don't know how to reset them to appear in my viewing area. This happened

with another one of my programs, and someone in my office was able to fix the

problem, but doesn't feel comfortable with the program I'm having problems

with currently. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

R-click on the open programs icon in the Taskbar and pick Move. Use the

arrow key to guide it back on screen. Or r-click Taskbar and choose

"Tile windows"
