lukeflegg Posted March 7, 2010 Posted March 7, 2010 Hi, I have 2 problems; Word 2010, and Windows Media Player Would do anything for some help. Perhaps easiest to share my screen/control? I stupidly installed Office Mondo before realising it was not designed to be uninstalled properly. Have tried loads of forums' advice, using officer cleanup utilities, etc. I can't install Office 2010 full legit version on here now cause it sees the 'ghost' of Mondo still! WMP12 annoyed me but I regret trying to roll back to 11. It didn't work for me as it did for others.. I think it's possibly more complicated for me, being on 64-bit Win7? Any help would be so amazing. Win7 64-bit, i7 Quote
RandyL Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 Sometimes when a program won't uninstall correctly it's easiest to do a System Restore. Quote We are all members helping other members. I've only just recently tried the free version myself, and I'm quite impressed with the way this program works. As well as the free version there is a Pro version which costs $39.25. They do however offer a 30 day free trial of the pro version. It should be noted that the free version only works on 32bit systems. The pro version does support Win 7 64bit. The following link is to Revo's website. Might be worth investigating... Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download Quote I thought I knew today...I'll try again tomorrow. :) Need help with your computer problems? Then why not join Free PC Help. Goku Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 Hello Luke. Try the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. It says on the official page that it does not support Office Mondo 2010 but people have reported that it solved their problem. Please give it a try and let us know the results as soon as possible. We will then deal with the Windows Media Player issue. :) Good Luck. -- Goku Quote
