Server not alive....

Hi,

 

i'm experiencing the following: i have a website running on a windows

server 2003 system on IIS6. When i'm not interacting with the site for

just a few seconds, it goes idle, and i don't know why. Time out is

set to 20 minutes. Whem i click on a hyperlink it doesn't respond.

When i click the same hyperlink again it responds immediately. What is

wrong?
