Is 7 is being developed "primarily" in India ? or is this a diversion to eliminate leaks as was the case so many times with Vista. So much negativity from inside the Redmond compound it caused allot of turmoil as we all know. 10-12 hour work days, seven days a week the last few months getting Vista completed was ridiculous. Developers afraid to talk in fear of losing their jobs. Whats up at this point or is it still too early to tell.
