Hide members of Distribution List when send out

want to hide the individual email addresses in the To field and show only the

Distribution list name in the To field without having to use the BCC field,

is that possible?

 

 

we are in Outlook 2003 environment

Only if you use Exchange & the distribution list is an AD DL (with the

option to expose the recipients disabled on the server).

BCC is fine; mail merge is even better.

OK - you can't do what you wish with that. Try mail merge rather than DLs.
