bwithers Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 Hi, I stupidly took off all of my nvidia drivers as I was putting in a ATi graphics card...but this is has taken out my sound. Vista is unable to re-install the drivers for the above device, which I think is why I have no sound. My mother board is a ASUS M2N which is a nvidia nforce 430 chip set...so thats why I am guessing I have taken out the required drivers. I have put the asus motherboard cd in the cd rom and installed the drivers again from the disk but no luck. I have removed the creative sound card from the computer in case that was interfering. I just dont know what to do now...all of the obivous things I have tried. Thanks for any help in advance. Bryce Quote
