Please help with 'Scanners and Cameras' issue! Thank You

I will try to keep this as short as possible. . .

 

I have a Samsung SGH-F480V(tocco) mobile phone. I accidentally deleted photo's off it and I'm currently trying to use software to recover them. However, every piece of software I've come across requires Mass Storage Devices (ie for removable media to be assigned a drive letter).

This works fine for the removable memory card, but I cannot find a way to assign a drive letter to the internal memory of the mobile phone it only shows up in My Computer as ‘Scanners and Cameras’.

I’ve searched everywhere for a solution.

Please can someone help or provide me with the name of some software which will either assign a drive letter to my mobile phone or software which can scan and recover deleted photos from imaging devices?
