Sp2 is a service pack which you can download here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=95ac1610-c232-4644-b828-c55eec605d55 R2 is a feature pack, which you can download from Technet for example, but normally you have to buy it via your Vendor, it also needs an additional license.
