Guest MD Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 I have two Windows Standard servers 2003 R2 that will not open "help and support" and msinfo32. Have searched documents - found two 937055 and 937231. The first one says run command lines. I get error " no mapping between account names and security ID's was done" . The second one says apply for a hotfix by email - which I never received. I have requested this twice. What should I do to fix this? -- MD
