Best bet: Go to the McAfee site and look for their "Uninstall" or

"Cleaner" tool. I know they have one. That is the best way.

1. Uninstall any/all McAfee applications via Add/Remove Programs.

 

2. Download/run this removal tool:

3. Reboot.
