Can someone assit me by accessing my PC remotely, to solve my problems? The reason for this request is because I have made four attempts to post and when I finally hit the "submit" button, I was informed that I was not logged in, whereas in actual fact I "was" on all four occasions.

I am not so sure if this will get through, anyway here goes.

Neville you managed to post on the forum so please post your issue.

 

Members and staff DO NOT contact members requiring help via Remote Assistance.All help is given on the forum and as you have managed to post on the forum then I do not see an issue with offering help on this thread.

you could try writing your issue on something like notepad or miscrosoft word...saving it...then coping and pasting it on to here. If your problem seems to be with your internet connection.

Hi Neville, I can only ask that you try again as this post and the one in the introductions got in OK. Also when you first log in have you put a tick in the box for "Remember me", you should then stay logged in every time you visit.
