I require some PC Internet Browsing & Form Settings Help Please..

 

Basically I went onto takeonesmallstep vote for my friends tap bussiness in this competiton, it requires you to fill in a capta number code to vote.

I did it at college and it let me vote numerous times when I clicked the link through website - puregrime so I voted for my friend twice (as normally it only lets you vote once)

 

When I came home and tried to show my friend that it's possible to vote twice and his system of voting is unbias (as you can vote numerous times) it wouldn't let me vote again numerous times. Do you know why this is? And how I can do it from home so that I can show my friend how you can vote numerous times?

I would say the site cottoned on the multiple votes and stopped it or blocked it.
