Will MSFT release Vista SP2?

I was wondering the above since Vista is no longer in the hands of the Windows engineers team.* Will it be handed over to support for patched until Windows 7 (result of the XP SP2 delays=delayed Vista=Vista as OS stopgap?) and then moved into support, extended support, etc. or will there be SP2 and SP3 etc like XP with new features, ie security, UI enhancements?* Input from the MSDN team is welcomed.
