Windows 2008 - Disable the spinning blue circle ?

Strange request but does anyone know if there's a way to disable the small

spinning blue circle that's displayed during logon, logoff, startup &

shutdown, next to the description of what's happening?

 

It's because I'm running a few servers with lights out management cards and

the spinning circle really upsets them
