How to set CMD in windows mode instead of text mode?

Hi,

 

I don't know what's wrong with my CMD.exe,

if I goto start->programs->accessories->command prompt, it's ok, a dos

window is opened, but if goto start->run, and type cmd, the monitor

completely change to text mode. How can I set to DOS Windows Mode ( same as I

goto command prompt )?

When it is in "text mode", press Alt + Enter.

 

This toggles it out of Full Screen mode
