Guest Benny Van Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Hello All, I have a Dell OptiPlex210L, the total memory installed is 512 MB, with each slot 256MB, I have one 1GB memory, could I just take out one 256MB memory card and insert the 1GB? Or I need 2 1GB mmeory cards? Thanks! Ben

We have 500 Optiplex GX270's and they are ALL like that. Also the memory is hard memory to find. You may have to order the parts from Dell directly. That is what we had to end up doing.
