When I click log off from start up menu, it stopped giving me the option to

switch user and I can only log off. How do I restore it to allow me to

switch users? I have not recently installed any new programs. I did,

however, uninstall and reinstall an HP printer just before this happened.

Use System Restore to return your machine to a point

before this problem became apparent.

Open the registry by

Start > run

regedit

navigate to:

System Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows

NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] Value Name: AllowMultipleTSSessions Data

Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value) Value Data: (0 = Disable Fast User

Switching, 1= Enable)
