Cheap IP Geolocation web service/database?

I'm in need of some IP geolocation, where I can preferably figure out latitude/longitude coordinates for a given IP address, or city and country information for said IP address. Either as a webservice, or as a database I can host and write my own web service for.*There's a bunch of things out there, but they're either incredibly expensive (like ip2country or maxmind), or inaccurate, like ip2location. There's also IPligence, but their free database only contains info per country, and the lat/long one is $200.

 

Preferably, I'd spend $50 to*$80 a year, tops. Anyone who can recommend something?
