.NET framework

I keep posting the same question and on one answers, why?

Again.

I used to have .Net 3, and when I installed it, the background grey shades

in Word, Photoshop, Internet explorer and other programmes, changed to a more

pleasing variety of sepia shades.

Has anyone else noticed this???

After a re-install, I've now got .NET 3.5, and the sepia shades have gone.

I'd like them back, is this possible??

some one must know the answer!

This is a peer to peer group and whether or not you get a useful reply

depends purely on the knowledge of your fellow users who may happen to be

reading the thread.

There are .net newsgroups where someone might actually have a .net

answer.

I don't know whether .NET has anything to do with the background colours

in most programs (especially if they are not written to use the .NET

framework). Your earlier experience may just be a coincidence -

something else that you did about the same time as installing .NET 3.0

may have made the difference.

However - if you only have .NET 3.5, and it was .NET 3.0 that did what

you describe, you will have to install it as well. A higher numbered

..NET does not include everything from lower version numbers, so you may

need some/all of 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 and so on...
