Movie DVD not seen.

Hi,

 

I have the following problem, when i want to play an orignal/bought movie on

my Laptop

nothing happends. The DVD is not seen by explorer and not by any of my DVD

programs,

not even by Nero or AnyDvd.

The DVD plays ok in a standard DVD player... and the Laptop player/burner

can read other DVD's.

 

What's going on? protection? regio code?

What are you trying to play it with? Media player on Xp cannot do that

without a program like power DVD.
