Control Panel --> Add or Remove Programs...

p.s. - Unlike you did here - you will need to be specific about what Windows

Live component you are going to uninstall when doing it...

Your options:

http://help.live.com/Help.aspx?market=en-US&project=Toolbarv3&querytype=topic&query=Toolbarv3_PROC_UninstallToolbar.htm

1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. Type appwiz.cpl, and then press ENTER.

3. In the Currently installed programs list,

click Windows Live Toolbar, and then click

Remove.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Notes

* To install or uninstall Toolbar, you must

have administrator (The person who manages

a computer and has permissions to make changes

to the computer, including installing programs,

accessing files, and managing user accounts)

rights on the computer.

* You can also remove Toolbar by clicking the

arrow next to the Windows Live logo Windows

Live, pointing to Help, and then clicking

Uninstall.

Or install it fresh (over itself), reboot and then go through the control

panel and Add or Remove Programs to uninstall it.
