Hey all - some type of event took place with my pc last evening which

caused two major issues - first off, my mobo/network card does not see

the internet connection (I have tested the internet line in on another

computer and the signal is valid) and the device manager shows the PCI

device with the old exclamation point (ie - not working). The second

less urgent thing happening is an extremely slow boot cycle (it now

takes about 10 mins to boot fully).

I have reinstalled the chipset driver with no success - any thoughts ?

The simplest way to fix the damage would be to use System Restore.
