Vista 32 Trying To Go To 64

I'm trying to get Vista 64 bit so it will recognize my 4gb of memory.

 

EDIT: In System Properties it shows that I have 4gb but when I go into the taskmanager it only shows 3gb.

I used that link which I got from microsoft.com. I typed in everything and it said No Offer Found. Hm.... So I retried... same thing. Perhaps I mistyped my serial number....So I enter the serial number in again and now I get "Number of retry attempts succeeded"...

Has anyone been able to get 64bit vista from this website?

 

Also, will C8 Dreamspark ever carry Operating Systems?
