Orange webmail problem....

When I moved from orange to talktalk I kept the web mail as it is good and both my web site and all customers/friends have th address. Three days agoie8 came back with a message that""cannot display the web page although the orange home page came up. Tried full virus scan and all the usual, then downloaded firefox,they could not access as they thought it may be another accessing my web mail...Virus?. neither TT or orange can offer a solution.....HELP.:eek:

I doubt you will get it to work.

 

The email address you have at Orange is complimentary ie it comes as part of the broadband package and when you move to another ISP there is no requirement for Orange to continue to maintain your email address. Often they close the account, once in a while they forget - Virgin seem to do that.

 

I would recommend you get yourself an email address that is ISP neutral such as Googlemail or Yahoo mail so you can access it whatever your ISP.

It seems that after 219 days Orange auto cancel the account,you then need to re install. very quick reply from their tech dept,pleased that at least now I shall print out all important coms and address info.
