When I use the return key some times it skips

When I use the return key sometimes it will skip over a page. Also when

playing solitaire it will skip over a card. I have run antivirus and

adaware. In fact I have reformated. What to do???

The don't say when I use the return key. Say when I use the mouse!

There is no "return key" on a mouse. There are no *keys* on a mouse.

"Key" means KEYBOARD.

 

And, yes, obviously mice do go bad. They are mechanical input devices

(you move it around, you press on buttons, there are switches, wheels,

etc.).

If you have problems with the mouse, you could always replace it with

another one that you "borrow" from soemone so as to test. If the

"newer" mouse works correctly, then buy a replacment mouse.

First, the OP has to learn the difference between the "Return key" and

the mouse buttons.

 

After that, it's time to tackle more involved concepts.

Seriously, you can adjust both mouse button and keyboard key sensitivity

in the pertinent Control Panel applets.
