goody66 Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 Hello all I have a fun website, which I used a basic Web host for, but now I need to build a website for a business I hope to start. Should I use a professional web designer or use a web host again? I am a bit confused Thank you Quote
RandyL Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 Hi goody. It was hard to determine where I should move this to but this was the best I could do. If you could please provide more details about your business you would get more opinions on what to do. If it is a business the first thing I would suggest is to get your own domain name. Tootech Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 I agree with Randy, get a domain name to suit your business and use a professional designer if you consider your website as an integral part of your business. I ought to say that I have worked with plenty of good, profitable businesses that only use their website as a way of displaying the business contact info. It depends on your product, your clients and if you are selling on the web. Bottom line is that you don't need to spend a fortune when you are starting out. Quote
