How do I get desktops to sync for roaming profiles

Hello,

 

I'd like the laptops to copy everything the workstations have on the desktop

profile and vice versa when they log onto the domain.

 

How do I do this please?

That's what a roaming profile does - it copies up & down at login/logout. It

doesn't "sync" anything, really - it overwrites old with new.. You might

mention what problems you're having.
