Help Needed plz

Please forgive me if this isnt the right forum and point me in right

direction if possible..... Having major problems at moment tryig to download

and install my latest updates ie Mircosoft Framework 2.0 Service pack1, i

have tried this a few times and totally unable to download it, gives me

error code 0x643 which i have looked into and followed the instruction the

best i could, ie i have looked in ADD/Remove programe,s to remove earlier

versions but i cant see any ??? I have tried to download Windows Uninstaller

Tool which seems to download and then vanish ??? Also i have lost my MSn in

last few days which i think may of been the root of the problem i tried to

upgrade to the latest version of MSN, it downloaded ok but came up with error

saying unable to Install as unable to uninstall old version of MSN ????

Someone please help as this doing my poo rbrain in and im really not that

clever with these sort of things .

Thanks for reply i will try too look tomorrow morning, hopefully that should

resolve the problem.

The current version of MSN is 9.5 so if you are trying to update to 7.5 it

should be no surprise that it is telling you that you have a newer version

installed.
