Importing COM+ Apps into Windows 2008 server

I have exported a COM+ application from Windows 2003 server (32bit) and

trying to import it into a Windows 2008 server (64bit) and getting an error

message. THe message is "Error Code 80131700". It will not import at all with

this server. I tray a library package and that installed but a server

application fails.

 

Are there any special instructions or processes to import W2K3 COM+ apps?
