Printing Problems

Hello all

 

I have problems printing from one pc using terminal services.

 

I have 2 clients same computer same windows, same printer. One of them

prints fine the other one does not print at all, it does not detects all

printers. Any ideas. I already installed the same RDS version.

I just noticed that the printers does not refresh for this account only.

Are your clients in the same group, are in the same psychical

location, what server are you using?

Local printing is working OK?

Yes they are in the same work group, same phisical location and the

local printing is ok

Try this:

To make your local printer available in a session

1.In the Remote Desktop Connection window, click Options.

2.On the Local Resources tab, under Local devices, click Printers.

3.Click Connect.

That option is enabled, still doesn't work

i alreadu tryed the net use command and almost every google solution i

found. Today i tried from another location log in with the same account

and it gave me the same printers as in the original site. It didn't

update the printers with the ones i have connected in this other remote

site.

What about user that is working on that other site? have you tried

that?

Can you check in problematic user environment on server if client

printers are selected?
