Programe Install Issue

Hi,

Im installing a 1GB software programe...but after installation has almost completed Im getting a ' Error 1402 : Could not open key, HKEY_LOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\MSWINDOWS\CURRENTVERSIONWINDOWS\....verify you have sufficient access to that key...?

 

I am the admin of the machine with full privalages, I have even uninstalled all firewall apps, that may be blocking something, still same result..all good advice welcome.

It would help if you named the program you are trying to install.

 

Are you sure it is a 1 gig file?

 

Is the install from disk?
