Can't view Home page

Not that I really want to but I missed the PC Help Forum Button and clicked the Logo, and got told I don't have permission to view this page,

 

tried the Home button and got the same :D

 

Logged out and guess what:pound:

 

I can view the page no problems.

I can't seem to find the problem at the moment but I'll keep looking.
