Will Windows Server 2008 Standard x64 support dual quad core CPUs?

Just ordering a server from Dell for use with 2008 and Hyper-V and

wanted to make sure 2008 Standard x64 would support:

- dual quad-core CPU

- 32gig memory

I tried to locate this info on Microsoft's website but just found

general info about 2008, not a concrete breakdown of what each version

supports like their 2003 website.

Thanks!
